Q: What is a Zine?
_{A: A “zine,” short for “fanzine,” is a type of publication, often in booklet form, produced by fans and centered around a certain theme. This publication can be digital or physical. It usually contains art, writing, and sometimes also includes merchandise. A zine can be profit or nonprofit depending on the creators.}


Q: Why are you making a KazuScara zine?
_{A: This project started within a group of very passionate kazuscara shippers. It is a well-loved ship and we believe it deserves its own zine. There are countless amazing artists, writers, and creators in this community that put so much of their heart into the ship and the content they create for it. It would be wonderful to bring us together to make something by kazuscara fans - for kazuscara fans.}


Q: Will this be a physical or digital zine?
_{A: There will be both a physical and a digital zine.}


Q: Will this be a for-profit or for-charity zine?
_{A: Contributors will receive compensation for their hard work. However, the remaining proceeds will be donated as relief funds for Gaza.}


Q: Is the zine going to be SFW or NSFW?
_{A: The main zine will be SFW, but we will also have a smaller side-zine available with NSFW content.}


Q: Will there be applications?
_{A: Yes! After the interest check, we will open applications for contributors. Stay tuned for those announcements! For now you may leave suggestions for writers or artists you would like to see within the “contributor suggestions” part of the interest check so that we may consider inviting them as a guest. This is not a guarantee that they will be invited, but we would love to see who YOU would love to see in the zine.}


Q: Can anyone apply to be a contributor?
_{A: Anyone over the age of 16 may apply to be a part of the SFW zine, so long as you have your parent/guardian’s permission to participate if you are under 18. All applicants for the NSFW side-zine will need to be over the age of 18.}


Q: How many contributors will the zine have?
_{A: This will depend on the interest check, we’ll have a more definite answer afterwards.}


Q: How many mods are involved in the zine?
_{A: As of now, we have nine mods and are actively filling all the necessary mod roles. This zine is for a big and passionate ship, so we want to make sure it has a solid team behind it.}


Q: Will the zine be strictly KazuScara, or include ScaraKazu content as well?
_{A: Both! The zine is dedicated to the ship between Kazuha and Scaramouche as a whole. We want to showcase our love and passion for the ship from all angles, so we will be accepting contributors from both dynamics. We will also take measures to specify which dynamic is being represented within each contribution, especially for the NSFW side-zine.}

_{A: Because these are preorders, we will not have the items available to ship immediately after orders are placed. There will be a production period after preorders close that will take several months for our manufacturers to produce the products. We are projecting that the production period will take at least four months (not definite) until the products reach our shipping mod. Only then will we be able to begin shipping out your orders.
